Description

This set of 2 wooden lanterns (medium/small) is inspired by the timeless motifs and textures of New England design. From the white wooden frame with its cross-braced glass panels to the stainless steel top and handle and the subtle scroll detail on the base this is classic design at its best. Use in the home or outside in a garden balcony or patio; just remember to bring them in afterwards!

Christmas delivery 
The cut-off time for Christmas delivery is Thursday 15th December.

Shipping is FREE on all orders over €100 within Ireland.

Order

After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Dispatch 

Orders are delivered within 2-4 weeks of placing your order. You will receive an order shipping email when items are shipped. For smaller items you will receive full tracking information. For larger items such as furniture our couriers will contact you directly using the information you submitted at checkout.

Multiple-item Orders

We will aim to ship all of your items together so that they arrive on the same day for your convenience, however we cannot guarantee all items will be delivered together depending on the courier and the size of your items.   

Not going to be in?

We understand and want to make the delivery process as smooth as possible. For smaller items, if delivery is not successful our couriers will reattempt delivery. After this you will be charged for redelivery attempts. For large items such as furniture where a delivery date has been agreed and you are not available to accept the items, a redelivery charge is applied. 

Refunds, returns & exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. All items must be returned in their original condition and boxes. It is the customers responsibility to ensure fragile items are packaged carefully for transit.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@saffronhome.ie with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We endeavour to address such instances swiftly and on a case-by-case basis to reach a satisfactory solution.
