Description

Washable rug in mixed Ivory, Natural and Pearl grey yarns, forming a soft shades pattern. Narrow lines of visible base fabric in between layers, and cotton pompoms in each corner of mixed yarns.

Product Care
Machine wash (capacity 8kg or more) separately using a delicate, 30ºC program without whitening. Use a mild detergent, and do not use softeners. Select low centrifuge speed if the rug has braids, fringes or pom poms. Do not leave the wet rug in the washer, as colors may run or stain. Tumble dry at low temperature.Avoid drying in the sun. Don't worry if lint appears, as this is residue fiber produced from cutting the cotton. During the first few days, it is advisable to sweep the rug with a hard brush in the direction of the plush, and then it is recommended to use a vacuum cleaner. We do not recommend the use of robot vaccum cleaners. Should you find any long or loose threads, cut these using a pair of scissors. Never pull a thread. Keep away from fire.

Christmas delivery 
The cut-off time for Christmas delivery is Tuesday 12th December.

Shipping is FREE on all orders over €100 within Ireland.

Order

After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Dispatch 

Orders are delivered within 2-4 weeks of placing your order. You will receive an order shipping email when items are shipped. For smaller items you will receive full tracking information. For larger items such as furniture our couriers will contact you directly using the information you submitted at checkout.

Multiple-item Orders

We will aim to ship all of your items together so that they arrive on the same day for your convenience, however we cannot guarantee all items will be delivered together depending on the courier and the size of your items.   

Not going to be in?

We understand and want to make the delivery process as smooth as possible. For smaller items, if delivery is not successful our couriers will reattempt delivery. After this you will be charged for redelivery attempts. For large items such as furniture where a delivery date has been agreed and you are not available to accept the items, a redelivery charge is applied. 

Refunds, returns & exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. All items must be returned in their original condition and boxes. It is the customers responsibility to ensure fragile items are packaged carefully for transit.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@saffronhome.ie with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We endeavour to address such instances swiftly and on a case-by-case basis to reach a satisfactory solution.
