We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. All items must be returned in their original condition and boxes. It is the customers responsibility to ensure all items are packaged carefully for transit in their original packaging. 
Damages & Issues
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, or is the wrong product please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Starting a return
To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you within 3 business days once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember the times for your refund to appear in your account is dependent on your banks standard processing times.
